How it works?
Cloud Servers, ServerPlus' next-generation hosting platform, leverages the latest in virtualization and cloud technologies. It merges the simplicity and
security of dedicated servers with the elasticity and reliability of a redundant cloud platform.
All Cloud Server virtual machines are hosted on dual processor Intel Xeon Nehalem servers running the
Ubuntu Server Linux distribution and using KVM hypervisor for server virtualization.
All Cloud Server instances are allocated dedicated CPU and dedicated RAM resources. This ensures the performance
of your Server Cloud. No other customer can negatively impact your Cloud Server's performance.
Your image resides on Cloud Server's highly available SAN storage platform and is completely independent
of the host server providing the computing resources. This is where the high availability of ServerPlus Cloud
Servers come in. If the hardware on the host server providing the computing resources were to fail, your virtual
server can be instantly booted from any other host server reducing potential downtime from a hardware failure.
And if you want to increase computing resources on your Cloud Server, it's as simple as selecting RAM and CPU
resources from a drop down list and your server is rebooted with the additional resources.
